• powder coating,
• zinc plating,

Powder coating is widely used in many industries around the world. Unlike conventional liquid paint, it is typically applied electrostatically and then later cured. As a result, we create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Zinc plating is a common manufacturing process distinguished by very high corrosion resistance. It is one of the best-known methods to protect metal surfaces against corrosion.

It creates some kind of a barrier that protects metal against water and other elements in the air that cause corrosion. Hot zinc is very versatile. For example, it provides an excellent base for paint coats. It also is safe and sustainable, ideal for any steel structures.

In Remer Polska, welding takes place at two stations using TIG and MIG methods. Structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum welding are available.
